A fight, but we're better

Yesterday Jordan and I got into a big fight. I'm not even really sure what it was about. He's saying lately I've been a bitch all the time and I need to fix it. I don't think I have but I guess I have said some striking things to him. But we're always last to admit our faults, right? The gist of the fight was how I was a bitch all the time and how I hated stayed cooped up in this apartment and want to get out and do stuff. But Jordan hates Jacksonville and everything about it so much that he wants to distance himself from anything and everything Jacksonville related. Or even North Carolina. So that means no beach, no Ft. Macon, no nothing. He said it's because he always feels like someone's judgin him. Like why doesn't he have a haircut? Who's he with? He doesn't rate this or that. I guess because that was drilled in his head so much when he was in 3/6. That he didn't even "rate" having a wife. But we're going to go to the park today I guess....if he doesn't change his mind. Maybe me and Rosslyn just need to go to these places with friends from now on. Because he's being so stubborn. I could just go by myself. I think he's just ready to go home and get away from all of the Marine Corps lifestyle and start the next chapter of his life.

We also neeeeeed to go to Best Buy today because our computer is in dire need of repair. I need to take my iPod there too and I'm hoping it's in such disrepair that I get to get a 2nd gen upgrade. Is that bad? lol. I'll lose all my apps, songs, pictures and all that but I'd get a brand new one! Hahaha.

That's about it. Have a great Sunday everyone!!

I don't want to come across as rude, so please don't take it that way. You are a stay at home mother, you are doing this because your family agreed to do so. I think it's selfish of Jordan to not want to get out and spend time with you and your daughter. It's such wonderful weather that there isn't a reason not to. You don't have to spend money either, enjoy a walk, or the park. Drive a little ways, or find a park in a neighborhood you don't know and use their park. I just think the excuse about people looking and wondering is silly. Pretty much every single person in this town is a Marine or associated with them. My husband was an instructor for 3 years and it never failed every time we went someone that we would run into a student. It happens. I hope you are doing okay though. You are always welcome at our house. My kids lovvvvve company and we have parks right here :)

No, I totally agree. He says this isn't home to him. Which I partky agree. But it's like you have to make the best of a bad situation. And if you ever wanna hang out let me know! I don't want to impose on you because I don't know what days the kids are at the CDC. But we should totally hang out this week if the weather stays nice.

Oh no no no, always welcome here. The kids go to the CDC Tues/Thurs. It's a nice break for me :) You still have my number?? If so just text me whenever you are bored...ha. And I realize this isn't home, it isn't for most of us. But like you said, you have to make the best of it. Why look back and realize you were miserable when you could have been happy?? There isn't a lot to see and do here, but enough to make good memories with!!
