I hate my body. I hate my love handles, my jiggly thighs, my poochy stomach, my stretch marks, my weird toes, my broken pinky and a list of other things.
With that being said, I am going to try to start eating better and exercising. Right now, I am on day 2 of no pop so I'm hoping to keep it up. I know it's only been 2 days but I can tell a difference in how bloated I am not anymore. And I like it.
I have some pictures of me in my bathing suit from last year and I look way different in it now.

I am going to try to do the Couch to 5K thing. But I don't plan on running a 5K. I also want to do yoga and pilates and dance exercises. I am ready to look pretty and lose my love handles and my pooch. I just want to look nice and feel good about myself so I'm not embarrassed to wear pretty things or worried about my shirts always coming up and not wearing form fitting clothes because I look like the Michelin man. I currently weigh 131-ish. My pre-pregnancy weight is 125 but I would like to weigh 120 or even less than that. Wish me luck!!

Kudos to you Shea! Good luck!!! If you need a c25k buddie let me know. I don't mind doing it again. I def recommend doing thing inbetween because just the running won't tone you & when i did it i got bored! GOOD LUCK AGAIN!
